ABC News NOW Incorporates College Students' Perspective Throughout Coverage of Iowa Caucuses and New Hampshire Primaries

STUDENTS "TALK BACK" TO NEWS NOW ON THEIR VIEWS ABOUT KEY NATIONAL ISSUES FOR THE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS

College students across the nation will contribute to ABC News NOW's comprehensive coverage of the Iowa Caucuses and New Hampshire Primaries. The ABC News' 24 hour digital channel will incorporate students' "Talk Back" videos throughout coverage of both events, beginning Wednesday, January 2, with Sam Donaldson.

ABC News NOW selected 12 schools from seven states to participate by weighing in on the large national issues that will be impact November's presidential election. Students were given 12 general questions that they could respond to, and they did so, on camera. These videos will be used throughout News NOW's evening coverage of the Iowa Caucuses and New Hampshire Primaries. ABC News NOW will air these questions and have experts respond live.

Participating schools include: Tufts University (MA); Fordham University (NY); Pace University (NY); University of Maryland (MD); Luther College (IA); Coe College (IA); University of Dubuque (IA); University of Wisconsin-Madison (WI); California State University-San Bernardino (CA); Stanford University (CA); Baruch College (NY); and Ohio State University (OH).

In Iowa, ABC News NOW will be live at candidates' campaign headquarters, and will also check in with Iowa college students via digital and web cameras at various caucus locations.

During the Primaries, ABC News NOW will have live web and digital camera access in New Hampshire on the campuses of University of New Hampshire (UNH) and Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU) students from both sides of the aisle will gather and be interviewed during hourly hits throughout the night. "Vote 2008: The Issues" will air a special post-debate show from New Hampshire hosted by David Chalian on Monday, January 7.
